Gene Kristoffy material addition to the EFR Library

Post by ddunlavy » Thu Jun 14, 2018 12:55 pm

You should have received an Email Update announcing the EFR receiving historic material from Gene Kristoffy, a longtime Detroit machinist and pattern maker who worked with many of the early notables in Ford History.
It's a long story but in a nutshell, Gene has retired and has donated all of his drawings, notes and other material to the EFR.
Several members worked very hard to ensure the safe acquisition of this volume of history.
It will be cataloged, scanned into digital files and be available to EFR members in the Library.
A new section of the Library will be created called "The Eugene Kristoffy Memorial Library".
Gene is now living on the East coast and will be presented with an EFR plaque and Honorary Lifetime Membership to the EFR.
Gene's family will also be included in the membership.
We will have an article in the Fall edition of the newsletter detailing this historic event.
More information will be coming HERE on the EFR USERS FORUM.
