Further to this perhaps scaled plans or other from which a body can be built?

Well I did 2 but don't have the resources to do any more.
Have some sheets of tracings of the seats from Francis Rainsley.
Will see if I can make a tracing for you.
Many pictures of my car:

If you were closer you could borrow my bucks.
I try to answer any questions you may have.

You can contact us here at the Restoration Shop of the Remington Carriage Museum. We might be able to make a bodie for you. We are currently constructing folding tops for two Model "N" Fords.

Alex,

I am about to start building a body for my Model F. I have patterns and drawings from several sources and am sure that I can make an exact duplicate of the original. I would be willing to make a second one if you are interested. I have made quite a few other early bodies including 1906 Buick, 1906 Cadillac, 1911 Cadillac, 1910 Brush and about 6 IHC Highwheelers. The Model F should be no problem.

If you are interested, let me know soon since I will be starting to build mine and once I am underway, I will be less motivated to build the second body.
