Trent Boggess Early Ford Database presentation

Post by robheyen »

Trent Boggess, college professor and early Ford historian, presented a discussion about his early Ford database. Trent located, and painstakingly tabulated the remaining Ford Motor Company production/shipping ledgers for early Ford cars, 1903 - 1909. Click on the link below to hear his explanation of the different models as well as production numbers and other interesting early Ford information.

Thank you Trent.

How does one get access to the total list of serial numbers to see if there car is on the list?

Trent,

I did not see a PM from you.

The engine number on the flywheel of my Model F is F2933.

Bill,
For anyone following along, it looks like that Model F was shipped to Rochester NY, on 6/15/1905, almost 115 years ago.
